I've never tried using ...This sounds delicious. I've never tried using prefab vegan mozzarella in lasagne, but I may give it a shot now! However, I am very lazy and had a bad experience boiling lasagne noodles once, so now I just assemble the whole thing with uncooked noodles, let it sit in the fridge overnight, then bake it.
